As for washing instructions, they're machine washable in cold water and should be hung to dry.

The outer layers of Oona are made with 83% Nylon and 17% Spandex, whilst the liner and absorption layers are all 100% Cotton!

We recommend machine washing Oona on cold, and letting them hang to dry.

As for stains, you won't have to worry about those either!
